FLU SHOT CLINIC

The Flu Vaccine, for those 6 months of age and older will be available.  Especially people who are medically high risk and those who have not had a severe reaction to ask.  Please bring a copy of your Medicare Part B card with your OR $25.00 cash.  This is open to the public, no appointment necessary.  (Humana and Covantry NOT accepted).
